We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a HR / Training Manager to join our clients growing team. Reporting into the HR Director our client is seeking an experienced catering trainer to join their team to work with their current operations managers and managers.

Understands what good food looks like thus can move standards to the next level
Be able to produce and provide planned training for all personnel ensuring development of craft skills
To promote and deliver great customer service standards
Confident in supplying a process for sustainability
To prepare and train managers to become commercially aware
Coach and convey excellent Heath and Safety
Be an ambassador to promote contract profile and support succession planning
To take a leading and active role in training and development plans.
This is a new and developing role for the right person they will need to have the following experience:
A training qualification
Experience in building and developing training programmes and being able to deliver them
Knowledge of the hospitality industry preferably within the contract world
Some knowledge of working within HR
Excellent IT and communication skills.
Can work as part of a small team to build processes
CIPD qualified would be desirable
