You Must Be CIPD Qualified & MUST have experience and qualifications within training, ideally you would have a background within Contract catering & MUST! have experience within a catering environment.
This is a Fantastic opportunity within a newly created role for an ambitious developing contract catering business, who have recently appointed a new Energetic, Engaging, Passionate & probably most importantly Talented individual to lead the business and take it to the next level.
He is looking for a similar individual to lead the HR and the Training & Development over the coming years as they continue to grow as a business this role will be vital for future succession planning and people development.
This role will be based from home, but you must be capable and willing to travel the country to visit the venues & business they currently run to implement and develop inviduals, you should have the ability to work alongside the operators to achieve this.
You need to have the following attributes even to be considered for this role.
