Job Description
I am looking for an all round Catering Manager for this vibrant and exciting location just outside of London.

The venue consists of a Restaurant, Bar, Coffee Bar, Canteen and Events business. It is a £1.5million turnover and the split is 50/50 between Events and Public catering. The events is where the money is made and this is very much a commercial venture. You will report to a very supportive client but one that is also very demanding.

You will have experience in both sides of the business so you will have great knowledge of how to run an event and also how to run a restaurant.

You will need have presence and have energy. You will motivate your team and inspire to deliver excellent customer service. You will havean abiding passion for food.

Ideally you will be able to start immediately!

Salary £40,000 + 20% Bonus
