Title: Experienced Staffing Manager - £27000

Our client is seeking a Staffing Manager to manage the recruitment and deployment of casual staff throughout their blue chip venues in London.

You will be required to manage the payroll within the venues, achieve financial targets, meet operational needs and ensure staffing policies and procedures are adhered to.

This role is best suited for someone that loves working in an exciting environment and is looking for career progression and opportunities.

Recruitment:

·Create and implement recruitment plan for the venue to ensure the right level of staffare recruited to fulfil the business need

·Responsible for the attraction and selection of staff, the recruitment administration process including payroll and the use the recruitment agencies as and when required.

Training:

·Analyse training needs of casual staff and deliver training when required

·Provide Training Manager with accurate data of new starters

·Policies and Procedures:

·Full compliance to all company policies and procedures and promote equality and diversity.

·Manage the information flow to the Payroll department

Commercial:

·Provide financial forecasts and actual figures for every event

·Proactively manage the labour costs by the use of accurate rotas

Operational:

·Develop staffing strategies to consider immediate and long-termrequirements

·Conduct check in and check out with all the correct administration, uniform and equipment for the staff to carry on their duties effectively

·Ensurestaff welfare at all times and be the first point of contactfor any queries
