My clients is new world as opposed to old school – they are innovative and totally refreshing – upbeat with energy to match! Due to growth this entrepreneurial high-street food retail operation are looking to take on an experienced Operations Manager to manage their existing GM’s and with the MD strategically grow the business. They are down to earth, straight talking and have an unprecedented eye for detail and all of other operations whether retail or events are of a very high quality
I am looking forward someone who knows what is new on the high-street – their competitors – someone you has a keen interest in merchandising and marketing of products and would welcome the chance to come up with new ideas and concepts for their existing operations.
You need to be incredibly commercial and be able to drive the profitability of the operations through maximising sales – this is a great role for one of the view smaller players who are growing!

Salary £45000 to £55000
