This is a great opportunity for someone to prove themselves and take on the leadership for various high volume quality retail and events spaces in and around London. I am looking for someone who is commercially incredibly strong, someone who has bags of common sense and who really understands the intricacies of running commercial catering operations and being able to multi site manage. You need to have and exceptional eye for detail and really understand what it takes to run both high profile events and high volume restaurants. Part of your role will be to literally help out with the operations on a day to day level, also creating consistencies across the sites where they need to be introduced. Highlight any areas of weakness in the operations and implement solutions. Encourage and lead a team of General Managers.
You need to be driven, upbeat and direct and someone who gives 110 percent to their role and wants to commit for the foreseeable to this company with an extremely well regarded company.
