This is truly fabulous opportunity to work in stunning surroundings! My client is looking for a fantastic Operations Manager 55K plus to support the running the Royal Historical Palace Account – you would be based over 3 sites, The Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and the stunning Kensington Palace. I need you to be really energetic, have stamina, be incredibly commercial and understand how visitor attractions work – have experience of running Retail Catering contracts – the nuances that come from peaks and troughs that come with running visitor attractions are unique and you need to have the mind-set to understand how they operate. This is a truly rewarding role – you need to be passionate about food and service and be able to work hard for both client - and contractor – be inspiring to your team and basically all things to all mankind! This is not an office job – I need you to be out client front facing and be happy to be hands on and roll up your sleeves if needs be – you will get an enormous buzz from these stunning and world famous venues – and it is a real privilege to work in such an environment and be part of a winning team!
Salary circa £50 – 55k plus 15% non-contractual bonus, in London travel, 25 days holiday. You will work 5 days out of 7 and that would be alternate weekends.

Salary £55,000 plus 15% bonus £3,500 travel 25 days holdiays
