Operations Director Retail contract caterer London £65,000 plus package

My contract catering client is looking for a real personality to join them in a newly formed role of Operations Director high profile London destination contracts with a heavy retail bias. The sites you will be responsible for are ZSL London Zoo DVC ZSL London Zoo Events & Hospitality, Museum Of London Docklands & Kew Gardens.
these sites are all heavily retail driven so the role requires someone who understands the peaks and troughs that come with running large retail driven sites such as motorway services or other visitor attractions where catering is the bias.
We are looking for a strong character that will fit their personality to these well known destinations such as London Zoo and world renowned Museums, whilst working for one of the fastest growing and successful UK Contract Caterer.
You would have around 6 direct reports of high profile clients with the rest of your clients reporting to you through your Operations managers. You would report into the Regional Managing Director and sit on the leadership team due to the seniority and important is this newly created role.
I am really looking for someone who has both the experience and emotional intelligence to manage the ever important client/contract relationships that is unique to contract catering, someone who has a natural gravitas and understands about running large turnover businesses that give you the understanding of the peaks and troughs that comes with public busy venues.....someone who knows how important making the most of your asset is and maximising profit during the busy times..

Salary £65000 plus coms
