This is truly fabulous opportunity to work in stunning surroundings! My client is looking for a fantastic Operations Director plus to support the running the high profile public Venues with a strong retail bias – you would be based over 3 sites and report into the MD.
I need you to be really energetic, have stamina, be strategic, be incredibly commercial and understand how visitor attractions work – have experience of running Retail Catering contracts – the nuances that come from peaks and troughs that come with running visitor attractions are unique and you need to have the mind-set to understand how they operate. This is a truly rewarding role – you need to be passionate about food and service and be able to work hard for both client - and contractor – be inspiring to your team and basically all things to all mankind! This is not an office job – I need you to be out client front facing and be happy to be hands on and roll up your sleeves if needs be – you will get an enormous buzz from these stunning and world famous venues – and it is a real privilege to work in such an environment and be part of a winning team! Ideally you will have visitor attraction experience but most of all you must be incredibly commercial in everything that you do - this needs to be your default setting! You need to have the experience in order to have the gravitas to gain credibility with this highly demanding Client who expects the best and has an incredible eye for detail.

Salary £70,000 plus package
