My wonderful client is looking for a proven Meetings, Events, Conference and Events Seller to proactively sell some of the most well-known and prestigious London venues!
These venues really are the crème de la crème of London sought after Events Venues and we need someone who can sing from the rooftops about how amazing these London collection of world renowned Museums and Galleries are, who also by the way, boast some of the best food in town. It is easy to get excited about selling these to clients as what’s not to love! We need someone with punch and gravitas who has hit a ceiling perhaps within working for one of the large Hotel groups and wants to join one of the world’s best loved contract caterers who really do value their people and allow you a work life balance!
This is a fabulous role – giving you bags of autonomy and really would suit a driven business development manager who wants to take ownership of their clients. This well-known event venue caterer boasts an impressive client list already which will make growing on it a breeze! We’re looking for a true business development guru to seek out new opportunities and nurture existing ones in the London Hotel market.
In a nut shell the sky is the limit and without having to manage a team you can be based anywhere, London or from home– and you will be responsible for proactive conference & event sales at these wonderful London Events Venues. This Business Development Manager role is suited ideally to a professional who communicates brilliantly, is self-driven and can quickly read client’s needs and tailor make solutions for them
Working with the UK Sales Director of MICE and the General Managers across the London Events Venues, you will create and execute a sales strategy to drive growth across our conference and events business, proactively managing key accounts and business development activities. This is a hands-on role, where you will be making appointments, following up leads, visiting future customers and developing existing client relationships. This is about selling B2B and Agencies so experience in this is essential.
This would suit someone who has the experience within the MICE sector working for a venue or a Hotel, to hit the ground running and understands about working for a larger corporate company. Salary £40,000 to £45,000 plus flexible benefits
