HR Director – Guru of all things people for this fast paced sporting venues contract caterer!

My client is a new exciting fast paced contract caterer that are looking for a People Superstar!

In a nut shell you will be officer in charge of all that is people related so in brief

High energy able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment - host to Formula 1 and Rugby, Golf and Horse Racing.

Brilliant at Operations support – my client is one big team – headed by a brilliant highly intelligent entrepreneur so you need to be able to keep pace!

Someone with a can do attitude a solution finder rather than problem moaner

A real motivator, highly driven, with an exceptional attention to detail, someone who is a strategist as the business grows and yet can also be hands on and visible and able to really look after and act as a shoulder for those who need you amongst the 250 employees currently….

This is a young new contract catering company so they need someone who is happy to put in the hours and even interview on a weekend if your candidates can not make a meet on the week days – someone who won’t think twice about taking a call over the weekend and someone who will stay late on a Friday evening to sort an issue if it means helping the business and doing the right thing by your people, they must come first!

Location wise they currently look after both sporting venues in the south of England but they are growing and will be opening in Scotland and Ireland so you need to be someone who is happy able and willing to jump on a plane train or hop in your car to where the business meaning the people within the business need you!

Salary £60,000 plus 20K bonus
