This is an amazing and a rare opportunity to take the reins of this high profile world renowned Ruby Stadium in Scotland – boasting being host to the best of the best in teams of Sporting legends. You would be in charge of all that is Food and Beverage encompassing Michelin Star rated Hospitality in their fine dining private boxes, world class restaurant food offered in their multiple exclusive conference & events spaces and the tastiest food in their retail outlets. In all the Hospitality operation turnovers around £12 million a year and is the envy of the stadium world.

You would have of course a large regular team of causals to call upon whenever needed with your core permanent team of 24 made up of Duty Managers, Bar Mangers, Chefs, Sales, projects, Events & Finance. Currently you would have around 186 casuals on the books but this can fluctuate massively and tends to increase when large events are on.

We need someone who lives and breathes stadiums and who is truly innovative – our client really does want someone who is brimming with new ideas and someone who wants to push the boundaries in terms of creativity and producing a seamless operation in every sense.

This is a highly strategic role and reports into the Managing Director who will give you full P&L accountably and full autonomy over decision making.The Turnover is generated from the match days as well as through large Conference and Events non-Match day sales so hence why experience within large Conference and Events venue would be highly relevant
