Description Our client is one of the worlds leading food and FM service companies with operations spanning the globe.
Just now they are seeking a confident and experienced hospitality operator with a proven track record to work in their rapidly expanding business in China.
This is a really great opportunity for a General Manager to become part of a large global company who will provide great development opportunities for exceptional individuals.
Based in the modern and growing city of Shenzen in Southern China, the role will be responsible for the smooth running of one of our clients key sites where they serve 8 different international cuisines to up to 5000 young and dynamic customers, through an innovative food court offering.
For this position we are looking for an outstanding individual who has great leadership skills which will enable them to take the local team on a journey to provide outstanding customer service.
Job requirements:
Experience within a multi-outlet / retail environment
Excellent Client management skills
Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
Confident in working with in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Past experience in working within the Chinese market place would be a great advantage
Ability to speak Mandarin would also be a great advantage
