Our client is one of the worlds leading food and FM service companies with operations spanning the globe.
Just now they are seeking a confident and experienced hospitality operator with a proven track record to work in their rapidly expanding business in China.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to become part of a large global company who will provide great development opportunities for exceptional individuals.

This vacancy will be heading up a group of business and industry contracts, working within the ultra modern city of Shanghai.

The role will be responsible for the smooth running of staff restaurants, food courts and coffee shops.

We are looking for an outstanding individual who has great leadership skills which enable them to take the local managers on a journey to provide great customer service.

Job requirements:

Experience within a multi-site / retail environment
Excellent Client management skills
Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results

Confident in working with in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery

Past experience in working within the Chinese market place would be a great advantage

Ability to speak Mandarin would also be a great advantage
