Description Our client is one of the worlds leading service companies with operations spanning the globe.
Just now they are currently seeking a confident and experienced Facilities Management Manager with a proven track record to work in their rapidly expanding business in Kazakhstan.
This is an excellent opportunity for a FM Manager to become part of a large global company. It is a rotational role (6 weeks in country / 3 weeks back home) It is based in Atyrau – Kazakhstan and you will have responsibility for managing the FM services function for extensive contracts across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional support and effective leadership
• Deliver a high quality, compliant and effective service
• Contract management of Hard Services such as: Plant Preventative Maintenance, Plumbing and Air Conditioning
• Contract management of Soft Services such as: Catering, Cleaning and Reception.
• Deliver services in line with documented SLA agreements
• Professional delivery of efficient and cost effective services
• Build and maintain excellent client relations
• Manage, motivate and develop the team
Experience Required
• Experience of working in the USA & remote locations
• Knowledge and expertise in contracts within multi activity management environments
• Proven client / contractor management skills
• A great people person with the ability to manage team issues and find solutions, ensuring harmony is maintained
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a strong understanding of client needs are essential
• Inclusive management style with strong leadership skills
• Able to communicate fluently at all levels
• Confident decision-maker
This is a single status appointment and living costs will be paid for whilst in country.
