Our client is a leading service company with operations spanning the globe. They are currently seeking a confident Food Service Manager with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
Our successful candidate will be responsible for managing the catering services for the client in Kazakhstan, central Asia.

Working at a remote site you will live and work in a self contained environment.

We are looking for an experience individual to manage the catering service.

You will be responsible for providing a professional service, delivering quality food to the employees based at our client’s remote site.

Experience Required

• A strong practical and applied knowledge of multi national cooking
• Experienced in catering technology
• Hold a certificate in advanced food safety
• Strong understanding of financial budgets
• Able to complete daily food costing analysis
• Willingness to carry out all duties speedily and in a cost effective manner
• Fully qualified in hospitality practices (certificates essential)
• Past experience of working at a remote site would be an advantage
• A great people person with the ability to manage team issues and find solutions, ensuring harmony is maintained
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate fluently at all levels
• Inclusive management style with strong leadership skills
• Confident decision-maker
