Job Description
Our client manages one of the most renowned and well regarded entertainment venues in the world. We are looking for an experienced, commercial 6 star standards driven Operations Director to take over responsibility for this high profile site in London.

You will need to have outstanding attention to detail, you must not compromise on standards of both food and service and have the ability to manage a complex multi faceted operation including Restaurants, Retail, Hospitality fine dining and events and carry it off with style.

You must have instant gravitas when entering a room and have the ability to command respect from your team and be a dynamic and driven leader. You will have complete financial responsibility for the site which will have an estimated annual turnover over of around 18 million.

We are looking for a truly inspirational and strategic leader, someone who is quick to share a smile, loves what they do and it shows! You will be a steadfast operator, and have the following experience:
•3-5 years experience in a demanding food environment (essential)
•Retail experience
•C&B experience an advantage
•Experience of working with a client group based in multiple locations
•Previous high value P&L accountability
•Ability to lead high profile managers
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Able to influence and operate at all levels
•Ability to drive change with effective project and stakeholder management skills
