Job Description
Retail Catering Head of Operations £70,000 to £80,000 London base need for European travel.

This is a unique role that requires someone who is brilliant at managing people, has a natural curiosity to understand every inch of this £50 million catering business. You need to be a great listener, be warm, entrepreneurial, engaging possessing an excellent communicator at all levels, have the emotional intelligence and the credibility to gain respect both from your employees and the share holders.
To thrive in this role you must speak fluent French and have dealt with some European Unions.
You would need to be bright, and have a natural sophistication about you, this is a quality company that has a reputation for delivering great customer experience and great food experiences and you must be naturally gifted in both of these.
This role is not for the faint hearted and needs to be someone with some backbone and is flexible and able to multitask brilliantly!
Person specifications for the position:
•Relevant managerial expertise
•Financial and commercial knowledge
•Catering and operational experience in a similar environment
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Analytical and leadership skills
•Ability to plan, organise and react in a constantly changing environment.
•Experience in developing a team of senior managers
•Bilingual French / English
•Based in London headquarters
•Flexible and adaptable to priority changes and able to travel frequently to Paris and Brussels and Amsterdam.
