Job Description
As in house legal counsel you will be specifically drafting, reviewing and negotiating Commerical agreements., with a specified focus on real estate lease agreements.

My client is the number 1 in luxury soft furnishings in Europe and has recently acquired a UK sofa company turning owner £300 million with 100 shops UK wide.
My Italian client based in Italy is looking for a right hand man or woman to be her main contact in the UK for all things legal, ideally your expertise would be in Commercial real estate and you would be able to pull in outside law firms for everything else that you need. You would be fully supported from Italy Head Office and really this would suit someone who is stepping up into the role with potential and wants to join a fast paced commercial retail organisation making waves right now in the UK.
You do not have to be already in a number one role, rather this would suit someone who is working as part of a team and wants to step up into a head counsel role.
