IT Manager needed for Leading Contract catering

up to £35,000

Our client, a leading Events and contract catering is looking for a strong IT Manager with previous experience within Events companies / Contract catering / Hotels.


As IT Manager you will be leading the team in well known Venues in London as well as providing expertise for outdoor festivals and large events UK wide! You will also be responsible for integrating and implementing temporary solutions, maintaining license agreement and warrantees.

These skills are ESSENTIAL to the role:
•Windows 2008 Server maintenance and administration
•Active Directory administration including Group Policy and scripting
•IIS
•DFS
•Outlook and Exchange Server 2007 maintenance and administration
•BES Administration
•Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/7 and Office 2007/2010
•Proficient understanding of network principles and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Webmail, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
•Website administration, design and marketing techniques (such as Google adwords)
•Knowledge of server and desktop hardware
•Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, printers

The following would definitely be a plus to your application:
•Microsoft certification - MCSE, MCITP, MCP
•Cisco certification
•Experience working within the Retail/Hospitality sector
•Knowledge of EPOS Maintenance and Administration
