Title: EVENTS MANAGER TOP LONDON VENUE £25K
Our client is looking for a dynamic event operational manager with a proven track record to lead a team at one of London’s top venues. The right applicant will be able to demonstrate a career in a 4 or 5 **** hotel, venue environment or event contract catering, be well presented and have an excellent eye for detail. You will possess excellent people management skills, and be passionate about food and service. You will be looking after a team of 10 – 15 people managing all aspects of the venues operations.

This role is primarily five days a week Monday to Friday with an occasional requirement to work weekends.
You will be required to
Build and maintain strong relationships with the operations team to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Be able to deliver excellent customer experience
Forecast revenue updated on a weekly basis
Have a proven track record running the operations of a large conference venue
Have run and managed a broad portfolio of events
Be driven, dynamic and self-motivated
