Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for a top notch Head Chef who has had a successful career to date in high quality French or Italian restaurants and hotels. You will take on responsibility for this brand new opening in London and run a team of 10 very high standard experienced chefs and the food and beverage is over £2 million per year You will be responsible for all of the food operations up to a 5 Star standard and will be in charge of creating all menus to an exceptional high standard. We are really looking for someone who can put this property on the map. You need to be a strong leader with a level of maturity but you must be HANDS on and able to deal with volume as well as delivering outstanding quality!

Salary £40,000 plus package
