Food Production Manager £35,000 per annum

We currently have a once in a lifetime opportunity for a Food Production Manager to join our Boutique Catering Company.
The Food Production Manager for this growing food retail, event and airline catering business based in South West London. The company have ambitious plans to expand, they have just won an incredibly exciting new contract and this is the time to join!
We want a Food Production Manager who has a proven past experience running large fresh food production kitchens
As Food Production Manager you will have the ability to lead and develop, with innovation, bringing with you an "Out of the box" mentality.
The ability to achieve performance targets and adherence to company standards and procedures, promoting effective communication by including the team and constantly communicating.
• Understanding within a food production environment
• Controlled and Structured
• Excellent communicator with good management skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in stock ordering, control and management
• Proven track record of achieving GP margins and budget targets
• Experience of HR procedures including – Disciplinary processes, recruitment and selection, training and appraisals
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
• The ability to use a computer effectively and efficiently
