Our client a busy and very successful pub Company in London are keen to recruit Sous Chefs who deal with fresh produce and have good kitchen management experience.

For this very hands-on position in a fast paced environment, producing food to the highest standards using fine, fresh, seasonal ingredients, we are looking for a Sous Chef who is currently a Strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef within a similar environment.

To meet our requirements for this Sous Chef position, you must be passionate, driven and willing to learn and develop into a Head Chef.

You will be expected to work under pressure, have excellent communication and leadership skills, you will also be responsible for the training, development and motivation of the team, in the absence of the Head Chef.

We require a Sous Chef who is driven, dynamic and passionate about fresh food.

Would suit a flexible individual who is able to work evenings and weekends and who has had previous experience working with quality Gastro's.

Salary £22k - £24k
