Job Description
Our client a top end contract caterer is looking for quality, experienced, Chef Managers for some of their most prestigious sites in Canary Wharf, The City and the West End.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate B&I Chef Manager experience, preferably in London, particularly in the Financial and Legal sectors. In addition Chef Managers with Hotel Staff Dining Contract Catering experience are required.

A strong personality to be able to motivate and inspire their team and communicate effectively and professionally client facing, strong financially, able to meet costings and staffing budgets, able to cook and possessing commercial/retail awareness and acumen is what is asked for.
