Our client is very successful Gastro Pubs Group with various restaurants in London. Each gastro pub is different depending on the location and the menus reflect the demographic. The pub group prides itself with using only fresh seasonal ingredients.

This is a new stunning role working within a leading Company who is supporting and giving individuals the opportunities to continue their progression into an operational Chef role.

As a Sous Chef, you will have experience within a high volume branded fresh food organisation. You will be able to demonstrate:

•An understanding that right people in the right places will drive the business

•Manage through motivating, supporting and giving ownership to your team

•Thrive from being in a challenging and busy environment

•Have a good background in a fresh food restaurant environment

•Be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels and able to train junior staff

The cuisine will be based on offering fresh food, seasonal and individual dishes in a casual experience.

The gastro pubs are open 7 days per week serving lunch and dinner and the sous chef will be responsible to ensure the smooth running of the food service operation in the absence of the head chef.

Salary £22.000 - 24.00
