Job Description
I am looking for a Senior Sales Manager who has experience in selling in to the soft service and facilities management arena, based in the Midlands with a large area remit. The main focus will be grow soft services within existing catering business but there is also a huge opportunity to look at external opportunities.

You will be a pro-active sales driven individual who uses their initiative to drive the integrated srvices business forward and also produce the highest quality proposals in an ever changing environment.

You will work closely with the Sales team and the commercial director. You will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and provide innovative solutions for clients. You will support operational staff and ideally have operational knowledge so that you can relate what you are selling however you must be a proven seller!

You must have effective communication skills, be able to problem solve, be focused, driven and productive, have the ability to drive change management and have an excellent understanding of the FM market.

You will earn a very good basic with an OTE bonus, have a Compnay Car, Pension scheme, healthcare, lap top, mobile phone etc.

Salary £45,000 - 55,000 OTE Bonus + Package
