Location: England
Salary: £45 - £50K + Commission + Car + Excellent Benefits

Our client operates in the FM and catering sectors and has a Healthcare division with over 80 sites nationally providing catering and related services for NHS sites, major care home companies and a variety of commercial outlets. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director this position will be directly responsible for gaining new business in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• To review the current market and identify profitable opportunities.
• To establish and maintain communication networks with all relevant bodies associated with the healthcare market; e.g. Facilities Management Companies and Consultants.
• To create a database of the legislative and nutritional guidelines that can be used as a reference for the company.
• To achieve 1st appointments, present achievable proposals and meet sales targets.
• The management of site visits and presentations.
• Gaining profitable new contracts within the business and industry market.
• To assist operations with the mobilisation of the contracts.
• To develop relationships with existing clients for introductions and references.
• To act as a consultant to the Operations Managers on re-bids and client issues.

Salary £45,000 - £50,000
