Rockford Recruitment is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic junior recruitment consultant to join their team and take-on the responsibility of recruiting for chefs and junior-level roles within the catering and hospitality sector. The recruitment consultant will work within the contract catering and restaurant sector recruiting for front and back of house positions. This is a fabulous opportunity for an outgoing consultant to work in an office with a great team in a progressive working environment. We are ideally looking for someone that has a work history in recruitment, loves the food service industry and is able to demonstrate a proven track record with building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

This position will require the recruitment consultant to understand the full cycle of recruitment to include; writing ad copy for specific positions, qualifying candidates, interviewing techniques, networking, submitting CV’s and follow up for all stages of the interview process. This position is best suited for a recruitment consultant that is highly motivated, determined, hard-working and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure targets and expectations are exceeded. You will be required to be proactive with sales calls to increase your client base and arrange visits to sites and venues.



Experience and Qualifications for this position:



1-2 years experience as a recruitment consultant and/or working within the catering and hospitality industry in London
Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to confidently liaise with people at every level
Persistent, sales oriented and a team player
Passion for the industry and a positive ‘can do’ attitude are essential
