High profile luxury London Venue in conjunction with Celebrity Chef

This fabulous opportunity has arisen for an ambitious strategic driven sales manager to head up the Sales and Marketing for this A List London Venue with huge growth potential.
We are looking for someone who would like to become MD in the future so someone who is both strategic as well as great at leading motivating and developing their team


1. Sales - Delivering the agreed budget and business plan objectives
o Account Manage; develop action plans for key accounts
o Pro-active Sales; explore new and existing marketplaces
2. Reporting - Lead weekly sales meetings & board reporting on (but not
limited to) number of enquiries/provisional bookings/confirmed business,
conversion rate, top 5 leads, monitoring of sales and marketing standards,
monitoring of marketing activity
3. Team Management; Lead, manage, inspire and mentor the team, setting and
monitoring targets set to individual team members
4. Marketing; Develop and action B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing budget and
plan monitor effectiveness and progress, including represent both companies
at industry events
5. Operations; work closely with Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts to deliver
exceptional events
6. Be a pro-active member of the senior management team and promote new
business throughout the company
Key Performance Indicators
Sales targets to be reached eg. 2012 £4 million. Ambition to grow the business to
£10M
Required Experience
1. Sales development and pro-active experience
2. Manage, develop and motivating a sales team
3. High levels of integrity
4. Take responsibility for actions, achievement orientated and committed to delivery
5. 4/5* hospitality experience (ideally to include restaurant/retail experience)
6. A truly focused individual with a creative great flair and innovative ideas
7. Ideally experience of working in a family business
8. Operational background/understanding of logistics
Relationships; Reports to the Managing Director’s of the Business Partnership

Salary £55,000 plus package and bonus
