My client is looking for a General Catering Manager for this well known and prestigious Royal College in Regents Park. We are looking for someone who can continue the great work for the outgoing General Manager in managing change and someone who can constantly innovate and come up with new ideas for this Foodie client! The ideal candidate will need to have a great deal of exposure to conference and banqueting sales but someone who is also a strong operator. Ideally we would like a foodie as the client is really food orientated. Goes without saying they the right candidate needs to be all about quality.
The operation turnover over 1.2 million and there is a permanent team of 10 and your direct reports will include... Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Head Chef, Event Sales Manager
This is very important and prestigious London college and as such requires someone from a 5 star or at least very high quality Hotel background and be well versed in both operations and Sales and Marketing
