Job Description
I am looking for a Retention Director for this Contract Catering divisions Education sector which covers all sectors within education - secondary, colleges, independents, LEA's etc. You must have an excellent knowledge of the industry and probably working as Sales Director at the moment. You will understand the operational side though and be empathetic to clients needs and frustrations. This role is key in retaining contracts and driving business. You will be a key player in pre-empting concerns over contracts and being able to establish a long term relationship with each client to carefully ases the needs and requirements for each bespoke contract.

You will be personable, driven, knowledgeable and have an excellent profssional manner. You will work between the Operational teams and the sales teams to ensure what is promised is delivered.

Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
