My client has an unprecedented positive reputation for not only providing top quality food and service but has high work ethic and looks after its people as well as its clients.
Due to growth they are looking to recruit a highly credible, Operations Director to be based either in the South or the North of England dependant upon where you live.
This would be a strategic Operations Director role and you would be a big fish in a smaller pond - this is not a big corporate, very much more of a family feel to it. You would sit on the leadership team and be responsible for creating the Strategy for the operation
We need someone who is well versed in the Education market and who is a born leader and motivator of people with a flair for food and gravitas!
