My client is doing phenomenally well and as a result is in need of an additional Sales Director for its Independent Education Division. I am looking for a sophisticated individual who is strategic and innovative and not an old school seller – but rather someone who is ambitious and driven to think laterally and inspire and lead a team who want to work for a great company not just good!
I do need you to know in part the education sector whether that be through operating schools contracts or selling into, but the key is someone who is culturally right for this company – it is not one of the big three so will be a refreshing change if you want to be a larger fish in a smaller pond and be the one to actually put the strategy in place rather than simply actioning what a higher level has instructed!
Location is open as my client operates nationally across the UK they are passionate about providing excellent food and they really do this, don’t just use the strap line

Salary £70,000 to £90,000
