My super client is a family business with a genuine interest in providing a good, honest and reliable service. The Company was born out of a desire to improve upon the offerings of the private and public sectors in primary school catering. They are looking for a fabulous friendly and outgoing Regional Operations Manager to look after a number of Area Managers who in turn are in responsible for managing up to 80 primary schools in the North West of England – with offices both in Warrington and Wetherby be ideal if you were in commutable distance from one of these! We are looking for a real team player and someone who is great at leading and inspiring a team of experienced education area managers. The company has a lovely family feel to it and really supports its people – we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a warm friendly company where the quality really does matter and they endeavour to make a positive difference to their super clients every day!

THE PACKAGE

Annual Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 pa.
Pension : Contributory Pension Scheme with Employee contribution of up to 6%
Holidays : 8 weeks’ paid leave, including statutory holidays
Fuel Allowance : 47p per mile or car
Equipment : Laptop computer and mobile telephone

Salary £45,000 plus car plus package
