You would be looking after around 10 high profile Independent Schools, turnover around £5 million. you would be joining a family feel hugely successful contract caterer so you need to live and breath food...we really would like someone who is on trend with their food knowledge, knows their numbers and is hungry for success! In this industry it is all about having the emotional intelligence to engage with clients and really look after them so fantastically well.
