My client is the leading quality Niche Corporate Contract Caterer in the UK and is looking for a strong Operations Manager to look after 12 fabulous Business and Industry clients in the Herts. Bedford Cambridge area as well as two high profile clients in London.
My client is all about food and people – you need to talk about where you get your inspiration for food from – be able to inspire both clients and your teams – you need to have the emotional intelligence to be able to read your clients, who are bright individuals. You need to be intelligent, immaculately presented, be impeccably presented and also be perfect in written and spoken English. This company is sophisticated and requires strong business minds to be able to run this patch of 12 clients as if they were your own, this is not a role for a first time Operations Manager but would suit someone who has worked for a credible larger company who now would like to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond where your voice counts and you have the room to influence and make decisions your self rather than everything being dictated to you by a central hub.

Salary £45,000 to £50,000
