This award winning leading independent schools contract caterer of 2018 is looking for a proven foodie operations manager to take on responsibility for up to 8 sites with a turnover of around £7 million with some high end clients in 2019! Location wise you Predominantly South London.You need to be innovative and be naturally inquisitive about the latest food trends on the high street – someone who can talk knowledgably and passionately about food and all that it encompasses is essential. In addition to this you need to be commercial and used to managing client relationships and be empathetic in your approach to your team – this is not an aggressive culture but one that really cares about its people. You would be reporting into a great Operations Director who is truly supportive and consultative in her approach and is warm and down to earth. This company lives and breathes great food and you would meet the MD at second interview and he would want to know where you get your inspiration from for your food!
