This is a unique opportunity to join this Times Top 100 Companies to work for..as their commercial manager – operating as a rare true independent contract caterer within the education market, they are looking for someone to join this vibrant winning team!
You would work closely with the Operations Director who covers 40 school contract in the Walton/Hampton Court Staines area - we are looking for a real foodie who is extremely commercial and understand commercials – someone who can look in detail at the sales mix of each of the schools and tweak the sales mix to ensure the best outcome is reached –his role is all about getting the best volume through and in so doing getting the sales up and this only comes from really understanding the sales mix.. we need someone with bags of common sense who knows how best to display items to allow for the best sales return, whilst also knowing what great looks like in terms of display and using the best products to attract the best return. Each school is different and has a bespoke menu so your role would be to make sure that each menu is right for each part of the day – whether that be morning break or lunch for instance….if you have worked somewhere like Wholefoods in Kensington or a similar food retailer you would have very relevant experience for this role, it is all about the look and feel of the food as we eat with our eyes and for children this is so relevant.
