This well known quality soft services provider maintains a strong reputation for delivering high standards across the UK. This role is key to their continued success. Due to contract wins they are currently looking for a proven soft services expert with outstanding people skills, both with their own team as well as the clients they are looking after. The Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring a high quality delivery of all services and facilities at four buildings in total but this may grow dependent upon the individuals capabilities. The role is particularly in the spotlight and gives you the ability to shine as the CEO is based out of one of your buildings you oversee. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and possession of the necessary skills to manage staff, client & contractor relationships. The Contract Manager shall display excellent interpersonal communication and engaging skills, maintain a professional working attitude at all times and have a proactive approach to the client’s requirements. You will hugely supported by a great boss, who's key strength is engaging and nurturing talent.
