Job Title Strategic Retention Partner - Food Service and FM

Job Description
This Regional role based in the Midlands and North with some Scotland Business is looking for a Strategic Retention Partner to work in amongst the business as a key part of the senior management team. You will work with both the sales Directors, Operations Directors and Managing Directors of the business to ensure that the contracts up for re-tender are safe and re-won. You will be playing a proactive role in this and ensure that clients frustrations are ironed out or simply looking to innovate the contract to keep it one step ahead of the game.

You need to have a diplomatic manner and be well respected by everyone and gain respect quickly, as much as you will be forming relationships over a period of time, you need to be able to make immediate impact. You need to have a fresh eyed approach so a background and great understanding of Operations and the Sales process is needed. You will have ideally got experience in both Food Service and FM from one of the companies main competitors.
