Our client is one of the countries leading FM companies, providing services to their clients across the UK.

They have exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Managerto join their team to be responsible for the essential smooth running of our clients multiple service delivery for 17 contracts across the Midlands.

We require a strategic individual to manage this complex group of contracts across the midlands, managing TFM Services.

This is an amazing opportunity to make your mark and move your career path in the right direction. You will need to come from a TFM background where you currently manage, motivate and train multiple teams who will share your passion for excellence and outstanding service delivery!

The ideal Candidate will have:

Extensive knowledge of Facilities Management services
An experience leader
The ability to approach the contract from a strategic perspective
Good systems and business process experience with an ability to identify and implement systems and process efficiency opportunities across the whole contract
Experience and ability to make presentations to clients on a one to one and group basis
Education to degree level or equivalent
Ability to develop client relationships at all levels within client structure
A high level of numeracy and a full understanding of financial reporting formats and detailed profit and loss statements
Able to compile annual operating budgets for our client to conduct effective monitoring and undertake timely, remedial action to achieve targeted profit contributions
The ability to effectively communicate within the company and with senior client contacts
The ability to inspire, motivate and counsel employees at all levels within the company in order to optimise their performance
An enthusiastic attitude to the role and its responsibilities
A positive image, commensurate with the ambassadorial role of the position
