My client is one of the Uk's leading restaurant operators and is looking fro a senior Operations Director to challenge the way they do things, who actually thinks outside of the box instead of just talking about it, is ambitious, driven, tenacious and achieves results through great management of their people. This would not suit an autocrat, as they really care about their people. You need to have had P&L responsibility for at least 40 million but ideally more.
This is a strategic role as you will be heavily involved in the direction of the business and then be able to implement the strategy by getting the buy in from your team.

Salary £80,000 plus
