Our client operates in the Healthcare sector providing FM hard and soft services to a variety of public sector clients. They are seeking a General Manager to manage the cleaning and soft services contract at a leading Hospital in London.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To provide professional support and effective leadership by delivering a high quality, compliant and effective service consisting of: Contract Management which includes Cleaning and Portering.
To ensure the services are delivered in line with service delivery agreements and efficient and cost effective delivery of services in compliance with Codes of Practice and NHS guidance.
To maintain excellent client relations and manage, develop and motivate a team of approximately 250 employees.

Requirements
Experience in a multi activity facilities management contract environment, hospital cleaning services background preferred
Proven management skills and ability in order to manage client/contractor relations and deal with staff issues as they arise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a strong understanding of client needs are essential.
Inclusive management style, a skilled communicator and confident decision-maker.

Salary £45,000
