Sous Chef – Award Winning Gastro Pub Group - £22 -24K


Our client is a vibrant award winning gastro pub group based in and around London. Each pub is unique depending on the location and their menus reflect their locality.

This is a stunning role for an experienced, enthusiastic individual, to work within a leading company whose ethos is to support their team and give them the opportunities to continue their progression into an operational chef role.

The ideal sous chef will have experience, within a high volume branded organisation and will be able to demonstrate:

•An understanding that the right people in the right places will drive the business
•Passionate about cooking with fresh seasonal produce and maintain a high level of cuisine
•Manage through motivating, supporting and giving ownership to your team
•Thrive from being in a challenging environment
•Have excellent communication skills
•Be comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels

The pubs are open 7 days a week serving lunch and dinner and the sous chef will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the food service operation and responsible to the general manager.
