Salary: £19,000

Our client is a progressive, contract catering company who are seeking a flexible and self motivated chef manager to assist and manage a busy catering outlet contract in Liverpool.
The ideal candidate will be a real foodie and must have exceptional management, organisation and inter-personal skills.

This a 5 days a week operation, you will be working Monday to Friday from 7am - 3pm

The role will involve:
• Managing a busy staff restaurant, deli bar and hospitality
• Managing a dedicated team and to provide breakfast and lunch
• To maintain all food safety and health and safety paperwork and comply with company guidelines
• Have a proven track record of having worked in similar B&I companies producing fresh food to a very high standard
• Be financially astute
• Able to manage and work to budgets

Experience and knowledge required:

• Previous experience with managing retail catering contracts
• Knowledge of the catering industry within commercial, cost plus and fixed price businesses
• Good IT knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
