This is a world renowned visitor attraction that is need of a strong commercial experienced Staff Catering Manager to run this all singing all dancing corporate Staff restaurant facility that turnovers 2.5 million a year
You will have a team of over 40 and will need to manage anything from 800 to 4000 covers in this one off contemporary staff restaurant
We are looking for someone who is proven from a Business and Industry staff Catering background – who has gravitas, can run their own P&L and report into the Account Director who is based on site. We are looking for someone who is strong and not afraid to manage upwards and who understand how to keep great service standards and attention to detail whilst unflappable under the volume of the people using the restaurant facilities.
