HR Advisor - Surrey Base with UK travel - £30k to £38k plus fully expensed Company car or £5k car allowance.

You will work in support of the HR team and your designated business areas in providing business focussed, commercial HR advice, guidance and support. The focus of your work will be to promote positive employee engagement at work and to proactively work with managers to achieve the highest standards of people performance. To ensure the management of people in accordance with the Companies values.
Our successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience with a strong HR Generalist capacity
Able demonstrate track record in successfully advising and guiding management on all aspect of people management practices
Knowledge of UK employment legislation along with grievance and disciplinary resolution
TUPE knowledge and experience required (basic understanding)
Has an eye for detail and can demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
Creative and effective reaction to operational issues
Able to multi task and prioritise workload independently
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), Influencing and negotiation skills. Able to make presentations, give advice and communicate effectively
Competent in the production of reports, statistical analyses, and communications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent and/or CIPD qualified or willing to work towards CIPD qualification.
