My client is a new exciting fast paced restaurant group that are looking for a People Superstar!
In a nut shell you will be officer in charge of all that is people related so in brief
HR Director
A fab recruiter
High energy able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
Brilliant at Operations support – my client is one big team – headed by a brilliant highly intelligent entrepreneur so you need to be able to keep pace!
Someone with a can do attitude a solution finder rather than problem moaner
A real motivator, highly driven, with an exceptional attention to detail.

This group of fine dining restaurants and bars are top end, no expense spared, state of the art and are already making tremendous waves in the restaurant world – they have 4 open in Southern England with a another 3 about to open in Scotland and Ireland. So although you would be based in the South and from home if needed, you need to be someone who is super flexible to jump in the car or on a plane to make things happen wherever the business needs your expertise.

Salary £60,000 to £80,000 plus 20K bonus
